Rich Barton

Rich Barton
Rich is co-founder and Executive Chairman of Zillow. He served as Chief Executive Officer from 2005, when the company was founded, until September 2010 when he passed the baton to Spencer Rascoff. Before co-founding Zillow, Rich founded Expedia.com, the world's largest online travel agency. Expedia was started within Microsoft in 1994, and then spun out in 1999 as a public company; Rich served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Board Director until 2003. Rich also co-founded and serves as Non-Executive Chairman of Glassdoor.com, where you can rate and review your company, see how your salary stacks up, and search for jobs; and TravelPost, a travel review and social networking site. Rich is also a venture partner at Benchmark Capital in Menlo Park, CA and is on the boards of directors at Netflix, Avvo, RealSelf.com, and CommonSenseMedia.Org. Conrad Riggs
Conrad Riggs has worked with Mark Burnett since 1998 handling the United States and international business development, business affairs, network agreements and other distribution arrangements, sponsor/advertiser relations, and related matters for Mark Burnett Productions, a leading content production company. Among his many precedent setting accomplishments is the deal between Mark Burnett Productions and CBS Television for Survivor. It became the most watched summer series ever and, thirteen editions later, continues to rank among top programs in American television . He and Burnett also successfully reintroduced sponsorships, product placement and marketing tie-ins as an integral part of television, internet and wireless content, garnering 24 Emmy nominations since 2001. Mark Burnett was named the #1 Most Valuable Player by TV Guide and featured in Time Magazine's "Top 100 Most Influential People in the World Today." Mr. Riggs serves as a co-executive producer on Survivor and other productions, such as The Apprentice (NBC), Rock Star (CBS and VH1), The Contender (ESPN), Gold Rush (aol.com) and On The Lot (FOX and thelot.com). Mr. Riggs graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Applied Science and received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago, Illinois. He lives in California and enjoys tennis and surfing.

Tom Hale

Tom Hale
Hale has more than 16 years experience in product development. Prior to HomeAway, he was the Chief Product Officer at Linden Lab from 2008 to 2010, where he led the renovation of all aspects of the Second Life experience. Before Linden Lab, Hale was an entrepreneur-in-residence at Redpoint Ventures (a capital investor in HomeAway) focused on social networking and virtual goods marketplaces. From 1995 to 2007, Hale held a variety of senior leadership roles at Macromedia and Adobe Systems Incorporated. At Adobe, he headed the Adobe Acrobat business and drove the redesign of the Acrobat user experience. At Macromedia (acquired by Adobe in 2005), Hale played key roles in making Macromedia the standard for web development, evolving the Flash Player into a platform for video, mobile content, and rich internet applications (RIAs), and starting up the company’s knowledge worker division. Hale holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University.

Michael Powers

Michael Powers has been in technology for nearly 25 years. Prior to Splash, he was engagement team manager at Google, head of product at Youtube, and first employee at Slide. Michael has a BA from Framingham State College, and a M.A. from Wheaton College.
