Theatrical Releases for Sept. 30, 2011
The last release of September is upon us. A couple comedies & a horror flick to kick off the month of October, but the question remains: anything good playing?
’50/50′ (Rated R) It takes a lot of guts to combine something as serious as cancer into a comedy, but in the right hands of Seth Rogen and Joseph Gordon-Levitt I think it will surprise us all with its heart.
‘Dream House’ (Rated PG-13) Real-life newlyweds Daniel Craig & Rachel Weisz star in this chiller flick with Naomi Watts. It looks…okay. All these people have been in horror movies before, so hopefully they know what they are doing.
‘What’s Your Number’ (Rated R) Anna Faris & Chris Evans star in this raunchy romp into promiscuity and been-there-before situations, may be one of those films where the funniest parts in in the previews. I have no idea if it’s any good but my wife wants to see it.
