The rebooted ‘Spider-Man‘ franchise returns to theaters this upcoming 4th of July weekend, 2012, with ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’ and we already know that the new villain is going to be The Lizard.  However, security and tight-lipped sources are withholding any images of the new baddie tightly concealed and leak-proof from the prying eyes of the interweb searchers.  However, the Pez candy company was commissioned to mold new dispensers bearing the likeness of characters from the new film, and those pics have surfaced online.

Wanna see the candy dispenser version of The Lizard (Rhys Ifans) from the upcoming sure-to-be-a-blockbuster film ‘The Amazing Spider-Man’ right now?  Sure you do!  Obviously the film doesn’t come out for 8 more months and a lot may change, especially with all the CGI that is sure to be added for enhancement.

I think The Lizard is going to look absolutely amazing, especially since make-up and prosthetics will be used for all the close-up shots.  Let’s hope they keep this design intact, it seems like a winning combination so far.
