Blade Runner (1982) 30th Anniversary
On June 25, 1982, Blade Runner, a science fiction film set in 2019, was released. 30 years later, the film, starring Harrison Ford, has reached cult status and rumors are circulating there may be a sequel. The story line revolves around engineered robots named replicants and a special police force task known as the Blade Runners. Replicants are banned from working on Earth and when they return, it is up to the Blade Runners to “retire” them. To celebrate the anniversary of the movie, Hark has put together a collection of quotes from Blade Runner. One of the hottest debates about the movie is whether or not Ford was a replicant. Do you think he was? Tell us in the comment section.
