"You know what you are supposed to do with your stimulus statement don't you? Stimulate. You're supposed to go right ahead and blow at it. Don't you dare pay your credit card down or save it. And, we're laughing but the truth is it would help a little bit if we all did that but not everybody can do that. A lot of people are going to have to use it to pay their credit card bills down.
