Barbara Walters: This is a cook book for kids. Obesity is the No. 1 problem for kids today. Everything you have here is enormously fattening. You tell kids to have cheesecake for breakfast. You tell them to have chocolate cake and meatloaf for lunch. And french fries. Doesn't it bother you that you're adding to this?” Paula Deen: I think what we have to teach our children first off Barbara is moderation. Barbara Walters: Not when you’re giving them this. Paula Deen: Moderation, you know we don’t’ eat this everyday of our life but like the muffins, children are in such a hurry in the morning getting ready for school you know and they probably only waking up on the way to school so I encourage them to get in the kitchen on a Saturday with their friends and make up all them muffins. These are blueberry muffins, oatmeal muffins.

Paula Deen and Barbara Walters battle it out when Walters criticizes Paula's cook book for having unhealthy foods.
