Police Inspector Frank DiGiorgio is a fictional character from the 1971 film 'Dirty Harry' which was the first in a series of five films starring Clint Eastwood as a hard-nosed San Francisco detective who doesn't like rules and protocol when it comes to disposing his own brand of justice with a .44 Magnum revolver. In this film, Detective Harry Callahan is asked to hunt down and capture the Scorpio killer, based on the real-life Zodiac killings.
