Hark's 2012 Movie Ticket Contest Rules

Hark is giving away two $25 Fandango movie cards. All you have to do is submit your favorite movie quote for your chance to win.

To enter, visit the Hark website at http://www.hark.com/giveaway and enter your information into our submission form. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Rules

This contest is sponsored and promoted only by Hark, Inc., 1620 Broadway, Suite 209, Seattle, WA 98122 ("Hark"), and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Fandango. For clarity, when you enter this contest you are providing your information to Hark and not to Facebook. Employees, affiliates and agents of Hark, and members of their families and households, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

The Contest is open to residents of the continental U.S. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Contest begins at 12:01 a.m PDT on 12/4/2012 and your entry must be received by 11:59 p.m PDT on 12/25/2012. From the entries received by that date, Hark will draw two (2) names on 12/26/2012 at Hark, Inc.'s home office in Seattle, Washington. Hark will notify winners by the email provided by the participant on the entry form. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If winner is unwilling/unable to comply with these rules, winner will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected. If Hark. does not receive a response to its email notification within five (5) calendar days of the date notification was sent, winner will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees for prizes. Each winner will be required to sign an eligibility release prior to obtaining their prize.

By entering the contest, you understand and agree that:

• There are only two (2) prizes available and submitting an entry does not guarantee a prize.
• Hark is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction or error of any kind. If the contest is not capable of running as planned for any reasons including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest, Hark reserves the right in its sole discretion, without notice, to cancel or modify the contest. Hark shall not be liable to any entrant or any third party for any entry that is lost, misplaced, delayed, stolen, damaged, intercepted, forged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or not timely received. All such entries will be disqualified.
• You waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in these rules or in the contest itself. You further agree to be bound by these rules and by all decisions made by Hark, whose decision is binding and final in all respects.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Hark and its employees, affiliates and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage or injury by or to any person in connection with your participation in the contest and waive any and all claims you may have against Hark in relation to the contest.
• All entries become the property of Hark and will not returned.
